Enquiries

Confirmatica is licensed software, offered to a limited number of audit firms in Czechia and the Netherlands. This is an enquiry route, not a signup: there is no sales funnel behind it, no trial tier and no self-serve account. A person reads every enquiry; what follows is a demonstration of the whole season on synthetic data, then a licence, the customizations the firm wants, deployment onto the firm's own infrastructure, and support and maintenance by Bonfleur s.r.o. from then on.

What helps: the firm and its country, roughly how many confirmations a season carries, which kinds — bank, receivables, payables, legal — and which languages the counterparties read. Czech, English and Dutch are served end to end.

Sending an enquiry creates no contract, engagement or professional relationship — see the terms of use. Use of the software is granted only under a written licence agreement.

How we use these details (GDPR Art. 13)

Bonfleur s.r.o., a company registered in Czechia, develops and licenses Confirmatica and is the controller for what you enter here — this enquiry, and nothing else. We use it only to answer you and, if it goes further, to arrange a demonstration and discuss a licence. The legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). No decision about you is automated — a person reads every enquiry.

Contact: this form is the contact route — we publish no e-mail address. A question about this request, or a request about your rights over the data in it, is sent the same way and read by a person. Our registered particulars are in the privacy notice.

Recipients, retention, and your rights
  • Recipients: our hosting provider, which runs this website and stores the enquiries sent through it; our network provider, which fronts this website and filters abusive traffic; and our e-mail provider, which transmits what we send in reply — each acting as our processor. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on the Article 46 safeguards in our agreement with that provider. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
  • Retention: we keep the request while we assess it and while we are in contact with your firm about it. Confirmatica also writes an append-only integrity record of the submission — it holds your e-mail address and firm name and, by design, cannot be altered or deleted. See the privacy notice.
  • Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and a complaint to a supervisory authority in your country of residence or work.
